Appointments

For assessment and diagnostics of your disease, you need a personal appointment. You can make an appointment by phone (+49 (0)6221-983180) or fill in the registration form on our website and submit it.

Please bring all existing examination findings, x-rays or surgery reports to your assigned appointment.

If you do not have any current radiology or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnostics available, we will perform those examinations at our clinic. Please understand that, despite of your bringing radiology or MRI images, further special imaging at our clinic might be necessary in order to be able to diagnose you correctly already on the first appointment.

In this case, please expect the initial appointment to take about three hours.

We cannot be held liable for examination and surgery reports and radiology and MRI imaging of any kind you brought with you. 

Our practice for shoulder and elbow surgery of Prof. Dr. Habermeyer is a private practice and therefore not approved for cost settlement via public health insurance companies. The practice fee due since January 2004 needs not be paid in our private practice.

At our practice, conservative and surgical treatment of elbow complaints is performed by Dr. Lichtenberg.
Our outpatient elbow consultation hours for assessment and determination of the treatment concept are Monday afternoon and Tuesday and on appointments made by phone under +49 (0)6221-983-180.
